Larry Miller Band

Guitarist Larry Miller is famous for his exciting, mesmerising guitar playing and rip roaring shows in the UK and around Europe.  He is one of the most popular blues/rock acts on the live scene in the UK bringing his unique showmanship and energy to every performance. Larry holds the record for the most encores at The Cambridge Rock Festival, returning the following two years to capacity crowds and standing ovations. In 2011 he appeared on the International Stage at The Great British R & B Festival with what was purported to have been the biggest crowd of the weekend. The performance was recorded and broadcast on BBC Radio 2.

Already this year (2012), Larry Miller’s popularity is increasing further with another huge crowd at Skegness Rock and Blues Festival and ever increasing audiences at arts centre theatres and music venues. He is booked to play major festivals in 2012 including two days at The Rory Gallagher International Festival in Ireland.

Larry Miller has released 6 albums, all of which have had critical acclaim and he now has a new album scheduled to be released in May 2012 called  ‘On The Edge’.  The album is full of intense passion, power, exciting guitar playing with both rockers and ballads. Larry Miller claims to be a song writer foremost and this album is one hell of a listen where the songs get equal billing with the guitar playing. With the new album’s release, 2012 will see a big increase in media coverage for Larry Miller and articles in major music magazines are already being negotiated.

Larry Miller’s band features the experienced, powerful driving rhythm section of Simon Baker on drums and Derek White on bass plus keyboards from Ian Salisbury. Music fans who like Rory Gallagher, Joe Bonamassa, Gary Moore, Walter Trout or Hendrix, will want to see Larry Miller.

In a world where there are no end of guitar heroes you’ve never heard of being touted around as the next big thing, Larry Miller is the real deal and without doubt there is only one Larry Miller.
